To return products from outside of the United States, print the following information in the Description Section of the Commercial Invoice and all other documentation such as packing lists and airway bills:
In addition, ensure the Description Section of the Commercial Invoice contains the part numbers, serial numbers, and descriptions of the items being returned. Failure to do this may result in additional shipping, duty, and tax expenses and delivery delays.
