Experienced PHP Software Developer (Programmer) Partner Wanted

Small U.S. company is interested in partnering with an experienced PHP programmer to develop a Web-based PHP application. We are looking for candidates with these attributes:

Required ("Musts")

• significant PHP experience and knowledge including database, sessions, user management, security, and hosted applications
• significant MySQL or PostgreSQL database programming and maintenance experience and knowledge (or other open source database)
• ability to implement version control and to create both packaged software and hosted software
• ability to document the software's code (program documentation) and use (user documentation)
• good written English skills
• able to work as a member of a team but also able to take command as the leader of the programming and technical effort
• have business experience and a business perspective

Desired ("Wants")

• expert at installing, configuring, and maintaining Apache, PHP, Apache SSL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
• good user interface creation skills to include use of CSS
• experience with LDAP and e-commerce principles
